Report cards are issued every nine weeks. Report cards are invalid if there are any alterations. The following approximate dates are scheduled for report cards:

• 1^st nine weeks October 19, 2009

• 2^nd nine weeks January 11, 2010

• 3^rd nine weeks March 22, 2010

• 4^th nine weeks June 1, 2010

At the end of each semester the following information will be posted for each student: first or third quarter grade, second or fourth quarter grade, teacher made exam, semester average. In this way the calculation of the final grade can be easily determined.

Progress reports (Special Reports to Parents) will be sent periodically to parents as an indication of student progress. These reports are usually sent home with the student at the mid-term of each grading period. The following is an approximate schedule for the 2009-2010 mid-term reporting periods:
